Bottled Water Production Line

This fully integrated production line is engineered for the hygienic, sustainable, and cost-effective manufacturing of bottled water in PET containers, combining bottle blowing system with advanced water treatment, high-speed filling, labeling, coding, and packaging.

The process starts with preform heating and stretch blow molding, allowing producers to manufacture PET bottles on-site to their specified shapes, reducing transportation, storage costs, and environmental impact. The formed bottles are immediately transferred via a clean air conveyor to the filling section.

Water undergoes multi-stage purification—including filtration, UV sterilization through the reverse osmosis—before entering the ultra-clean or aseptic filling system. After filling and capping, bottles move to a high-speed labeling unit which could either be shrink-sleeve, sticker or OPP labeling.

An integrated coding system (laser or inkjet) marks each bottle or cap with production date, batch number, and expiry, ensuring full traceability and compliance. Finished bottles are then grouped and packed via automated shrink wrapping, tray packing, or carton boxing, ready for palletizing and logistics.

This best-practice line reduces energy consumption by up to 40% and water usage by up to 60% compared to conventional systems, thanks to optimized rinsing, compact CIP routines, and minimized system volume. The modular design enhances scalability, maintenance efficiency, and reduces downtime.
